Today, there's quite a lot of things to tell.
Firstly, at class, there are not many things going on except studying.
Secondly, this is th REAL AWESOME news. Today I and the rest of the band members get to leave early as we are going to make a performance for the THAI BAND and MALYASIAN BAND.
All the Thai band memebers are girls and all the Malaysian members are guys.....
Bukit Panjang Military Band did quite a good performance.
The Malaysian Band were really great especially the saxophones and percussion but what really surprises me was the Thai Band. Oh my god.....
their percussion players was so amazing and PERFECT. Really good and they did a great show.
The Snare Drummers was the best...they played loud and they did these cool moves with their drumsticks. So jealous.....
The tom players are as good as the snare drummers. The way they move their hand and knock the drums was so brilliant. Their 6 bassdrummers really fit in the band. It was okay becoz I didn't pay attention to the bassdrums. What really captured my eyes was the 'Art of Percussion'.
The snare drummers and tom players are the best ever! So cool...
And more surprising is that the whole band are girls.
Last but not least, the sad news.
Bukit Panjang Military Band
All the sec4's and 5's are going away.......they got O'Levels exams are near so they have to stop.
So sad. My seniors....band leader and all the sec4's and 5's members are leaving. Tomorrow is the last day for them and on Tuesday they will not com back for band practices anymore.
Actually I'm quite sad. And I actually love the band especially the seniors as the teach their juniors very well.......and all their efforts I truely appriciate. Seriously with out them and god's help, I will never be a Main Band Member now. I really know the true meaning of it. I'll will do my best for the next band comp and make all my seniors and the band proud. Insyallah. and of course I must practice. Practice makes perfect. Lastly, thank you to all the seniors for all the wonderful help you guys gave to us (sec 1's).
