OK peeps, this blog post is about Friday's event [yesterday] I didn't have time to upload anything ytd so now I'm telling you the real hit sensation of yesterday's life and events.
Firstly it was the boring despicable Sport's Day which my band have to perform in front of people who dun real knows wad music is and just cheer & shout like hell everytime the drum major caught the mace. The percussion "Sticks-Up" first beat wasn't loud at all. My friends even commented that the drum solo couldn't be heard until the percussion section march down at least half of the field. I mean it was kinda soft and the spectators couldn't hear the solo clearly.
So that's that. When the band played the songs, the only thing that the spectators could hear is the percussion section banging away except for the fanfare in the very beginning of the show where it was exceptionally loud. So wad I am trying to say is, the percussion was soft at the beginning when we were all at the far end of the stadium and then suddenly out of the blue the percussion overwhelmed the band by playing louder. I'm not sure if the band was soft or we were too bloody loud.
After the show & Sport's Day, we headed back to school. My section leader said that we are below average but we did improved a bit. This is only the basic & NOT THE BEGINNING. She also added that band competition is gonna be even tough and tiring plus a lot of pain. I mean carrying the drums for 7 mins flat at practising with the drums for 2 to 3 hours straight, that's a lot of hard work and tiredness.
Sport's day was over so I planned having lunch with my 2 cymbal seniors. Suddenly instead of 3 of us going to Food Culture at Lot 1, SIX of us went. Me, 2 cymbal seniors, Section Leader, Vanecia & a trumpet guy. We all tag along and went to Food Culture where WE [the percussion section] always go there to eat lunch & dinner as a section.
So during lunch I already planned to eat Chicken Rice. I even took out the money and walked to the stall but I made a U-Turn and went to the Western Food stall and bought a plate of Chicken Chop, WTH, I planned already!!! My section leader bought spaghetti and Vanecia [my senior] & the trumpet guy bought Chicken Chop too. The 2 cymbalist bought some traditional food lolx.
We ate & crap at the same time. We talked about rats, hair-do, band & percussion and the performance. We, I mean ME talk a lot. We laughed like hell at the food court. And you ppl guess wad, my section leader could not finish her spaghetti so I took a bite but instead I finish up the whole plate. GOD I was so hungry. Then Vanecia could not finish her Chicken Chop so she offered it to me but I was already full lahz....
Okay so after lunch we went home on our seperate journeys which basically means we say goodbye and took different bus home, hahaha. But it was raining like hell luckily I brought my umbrella along for easyness [lolx]. Firstly I slept in the bus and alighted ONE STOP LATER than my actual bus-stop. This is the most irritating part. I have to walk with my umbrella all the way to my house. It was about 60 meters or so. Some more it was raining animals.
Plus when I wanted to cross the road, the TRAFFIC LIGHTS WASN'T WORKING. OMG I was so bloody scared coz the lights weren't working probably by the lightnings and thunders. Plus I even bothered to press the buttons WTH...I sort of JAY-WALKED across the roads even though there was a traffic-light smack beside me. The feeling was intense coz it was raining and the rain fogged up my glasses so i could hardly see the cars rushing my plus I was holding my band head-gear so I can't wipe my glasses but thank god I managed to survive.
Other than that, I ask my mum where's dad and she said he was overseas. WTH WTH WTH Me, the son, dun even know where his dad went for the past few days. This has gone toooooo much!!!! I mean I was so busy with band & school until I dun even know where my own dad went. I promise you ppl that this will never happen again. OMG...i was shocked to hear wad my mum said,"He's in overseas".... I can't think straight actually lolx...
So that's that for ytd events and occasions. I felt so relived that evrything is over plus plus plus I watched FINAL DESTINATION 3 which was rated NC-16 for three, 3, god-dman times. I watched it 3 times straight. It was so gruesome and terrifying. I love this type of movies where there's blood and meat flesh cut and sliced off....yummy. It was the best final destination ever made compared to the second one.
So that's all. TAG ME!!!
